Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, go to your account orders page and submit a cancellation request, or contact us directly.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery by following our Return Policy.
Refunds on Cancellation
For prepaid orders (eSewa / Khalti), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
Store-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we detect a pricing error. You will be notified and receive a full refund.
