We deliver across Nepal via our logistics partners.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days
- Major cities (outside valley): 2–4 business days
- Remote areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free delivery may apply above a minimum order amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
