We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within the return window stated in your order confirmation.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Return request must be submitted within the allowed return window
• Sale items and digital products are non-refundable

Process

1. Submit a return request from your account's order page
2. Our team will review and approve within 1–2 business days
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective)
4. Refund is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
