Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within the return window stated in your order confirmation.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Return request must be submitted within the allowed return window
- Sale items and digital products are non-refundable
Process
- Submit a return request from your account's order page
- Our team will review and approve within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective)
- Refund is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
